SP11 Management was co-founded by Formula 1 race winner Sergio Pérez and his manager, motorsport expert Khalil Beschir. What started as a project rooted in motorsport has evolved into a multi-sport athlete representation agency, providing elite, tailored management to athletes across disciplines.

Sergio Pérez brings not only the experience of being a Grand Prix winner but also the reputation of being one of Formula 1’s most successful athletes in building sponsorships and partnerships. Throughout his career, Sergio has embodied a racing mentality built only to win — consistently over-achieving with every team he has raced for, from Formula 3 through to Formula 1. Khalil Beschir, who successfully worked with Sergio on his return to Formula 1 with the Cadillac F1 Team, also began his career as a racing driver. More importantly, he has become one of motorsport’s most respected experts — from working with the FIA on young driver development programs, to advising governments in the Middle East and other countries on motorsport strategy, to managing drivers and athletes at the highest level. His broad experience in governance, management, and representation ensures SP11 is built on insight, connections, and long-term vision.
Khalil Beschir, who successfully worked with Sergio on his return to Formula 1 with the Cadillac F1 Team, also began his career as a racing driver.
